Enjoy that coffee (or tea) while it's hot.
Take a seat, Mama. It’s early. You didn’t get much sleep last night. You have lunches to make and kids to shuffle out the door. Or a baby who is getting into everything all of a sudden and is surely going to climb those stairs any minute now. That’s ok. You have 5 minutes. Wrap your hands around that mug and sip your coffee while it’s hot. Notice the warmth of the mug in your hands. Close your eyes and inhale the fragrance of the coffee. Take a sip and let the flavour fill your mouth. Swallow and feel the heat go down your throat and into your belly. Repeat. Chase the baby up the stairs.
