As a social worker, I believe in the inherent value and dignity of every person, and I strive to reflect that in my work with women and couples. Recognizing a need for extra support is a major step in healing, and coming to therapy can provide you an opportunity to make positive changes in your life. 

My practice focuses on those experiencing postpartum mood disorders, and supporting couples as they navigate life as a new family. I use an eclectic approach to counselling that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
