Meet Erica

Erica’s commitment to fostering social change is underscored by a passion for recognizing and appreciating the vibrancy that youth bring to our work together. She is dedicated to delivering customized services for each individual client with the aim to build upon pre-existing strengths and promote self-esteem development.

Erica says:

I understand that engaging with a new service can feel daunting and I am dedicated to creating a safe and reliable alliance with my clients. My goal when working with children and youth is to uncover their hopes and dreams for the future and empower them to work through any obstacles that come their way. In this role, I am committed to working as a team with parents and their children. I am flexible in the work that I do and will be happy to try a variety of different approaches until we land on one that works. I will ask about what makes your child excited and find ways to incorporate this into our work of building life skills together. I am committed to making this process both fun and impactful for my clients and their families.
