Meet Tanya

Tanya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Tanya possesses a deep passion for supporting individuals to give themselves permission to not be okay. Her aim is to guide them towards a heightened sense of self-awareness and personal growth throughout their unique journey.  

Tanya says:

Life presents us with all kinds of challenges that can leave us feeling not okay. Sometimes our emotions may seem confusing and difficult to understand. My goal is to offer you a judgement-free space where you can freely express what is going on with you and how you are feeling. I want you to feel genuinely heard and understood. Together we will work towards your well-being so that you can make decisions about your life in a way that aligns with your values, priorities, and goals. By building self-awareness, you will gain the ability to figure out what resonates with you and how you want to see yourself.
